DSI provides expertise and services to help customers capture data and inform decisions.
Taken together, our services, our choice of products and our structured approach enable DSI to achieve our mission. Our goal is to enable customers to eliminate inefficiencies caused by paper based processes and by electronic documents lost in digital landfills on file servers, local hard drives, and removable disks. Our professional services team helps customer executives, managers and front line staff to assess which documents and electronic content are most critical to effective decision making. We recognize that customers’ businesses process pivot on decisions that require secure efficient access to indexed documents and content.

For the past 23 years, Mr. Limerick has led the company from its origins in micrographics through the early period of the digital imaging industry and into the DSI’s current status as a sophisticated ECM solutions provider. Under Mr. Limerick’s direction, DSI has developed core competencies focused on the design and implementation Kofax advanced capture solutions and of IBM FileNet Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. These solutions incorporate scanning and image management, content management, business process management, eForms and records management technologies. His is a graduate of Morehouse College.
Mr. Pitsenberger is responsible for all aspects of technology for DSI. Mr. Pitsenberger is an IBM FileNet certified professional that specializes in the area of Records Management Systems design, development, integration, implementation and operation. He has provided technical leadership and design expertise with computerized image scanning technologies, database design and integration for document and record management systems for DC government agencies such as the Direct of Columbia’s Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA), DC OCTO, DC Recorder of Deeds and The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE DOT).
